With the HomeControl app, you can create a timer. Once the set time has elapsed, the desired action will be carried out automatically.
Here’s how to proceed
• Open the HomeControl app.
• Select the desired light.
• Open the Automations or Schedules section.
• Select Timer.
• Set the duration after which the timer should run.
• Choose what should happen once the timer expires, for example, turning the light on or off.
• Save your settings.
Good to know
• The timer is saved directly on the light.
• You can create individual timers for each light.
• The light must be switched on and connected to the app in order to set the timer.
Timer not working?
If the timer does not run as expected, please check the following:
• The light is powered and switched on.
• The automation is activated.
• The desired days or times have been saved correctly.
• After switching off the light using the light switch, the HomeControl app must be opened once within Bluetooth range. This will transfer the timing information to the light again.
