My app or light no longer works after an update – what can I do?

After updates, problems can occasionally occur, which can usually be resolved by restarting or reconnecting.

Here is how you can solve the problem

  • Update the app

  • Restart the app
    Close the app completely and open it again.
  • Restart your smartphone
    Restart your device.
  • Restart the light
    Turn the light off and on again.
  • Reconnect the light
    Remove the light from the app and add it again.
