Why does my smart light lose connection?

If your light loses connection, it is usually due to range, the connection, or interference in the network.

You can solve the problem as follows

  • Check distance
    Reduce the distance between the light and the control device.
  • Check connection
    Ensure a stable Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection.
  • Restart app
    Close the app and open it again.
  • Restart light
    Turn the light off and on again.
  • Reconnect light
    Add the light again in the app.
