If your light loses connection, it is usually due to range, the connection, or interference in the network.
You can solve the problem as follows
- Check distance
Reduce the distance between the light and the control device. - Check connection
Ensure a stable Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. - Restart app
Close the app and open it again. - Restart light
Turn the light off and on again. - Reconnect light
Add the light again in the app.

Interference from other devices can affect the connection.
