Alexa or Google Nest cannot find my light

First, check whether your device supports Zigbee directly or if an additional Zigbee bridge is required.

Here is what to do

• Check if your Echo device supports Zigbee

• Use a compatible Zigbee bridge if necessary

• Reset the light

• Start the device search again
