If your light won't connect, it is often due to the connection, the distance to the light, or the settings on the smartphone.
Here’s how you can solve the problem
- Check connection
Make sure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is enabled. - Reduce distance
Keep your smartphone as close to the light as possible during connection. - Restart app
Close the app completely and open it again. - Restart light
Turn the light off and on again. - Restart setup
Add the light again in the app.

If the connection still doesn’t work, resetting the light may help.
