If your light does not respond in the app, first check the power supply and the connection to the app.
This is how you can solve the problem
- Check power supply
Make sure the light is switched on. - Check app
Open the app and check if the light is displayed there. - Update connection
Close the app and open it again. - Restart light
Switch the light off briefly and then on again. - Check distance
Make sure you are within range of the light.

If the light still does not respond, remove it from the app and set it up again.
