My light does not respond in the app – what can I do?

If your light does not respond in the app, first check the power supply and the connection to the app.

This is how you can solve the problem

  • Check power supply
    Make sure the light is switched on.
  • Check app
    Open the app and check if the light is displayed there.
  • Update connection
    Close the app and open it again.
  • Restart light
    Switch the light off briefly and then on again.
  • Check distance
    Make sure you are within range of the light.

Note
If the light still does not respond, remove it from the app and set it up again.
