The setup is not working – what can I do?

If the setup is not working, it is usually due to the connection or because the light is not prepared correctly.

Here is how you can solve the problem

  • Restart the light
    Turn the light off and on again.
  • Restart the setup
    Start the setup process in the app from the beginning.
  • Check the distance
    Keep your smartphone close to the light.
  • Check the connection
    Make sure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is enabled.
  • Restart the app
    Close the app completely and open it again.

Note
In some cases, it helps to reset the light and set it up again.
