My light is not found during setup – what can I do?

If your light is not found, it is usually due to the connection or because it is not in pairing mode.

How you can solve the problem

  • Check the light
    Is the light switched on?
    Is it in setup mode?
  • Check the distance
    Keep your smartphone as close as possible to the light.
  • Check the app
    Is Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled?
    Is the app up to date?
  • Reset the light
    Reset the light and start the setup again.

Connection was interrupted
Light was already paired
Incorrect settings on the smartphone
