How can I register a return?
To register a return, please contact us via the contact form. You will then automatically receive your return label by email.

How to proceed:
Open our contact form (link)
Select the topic “Return”
Enter your order number and email address
Specify the item you would like to return
Submit the form

What happens next?
You will automatically receive an email with your return label
Please also check your spam or junk folder

Prepare your return
Pack the item securely for transport (ideally in the original packaging)
Include all accessories
Attach the return label clearly visible on the parcel

What happens next?
Your return will be checked upon arrival
Further processing will take place automatically
The refund will then be initiated

Please keep the proof of shipment until the return process is completed
