Will I receive a replacement or a refund?

Whether you receive an exchange or a refund depends on the specific case and the availability of the item.

After reviewing your complaint, the following usually applies

An exchange, if
• the item is defective or damaged
• an identical replacement is available

A refund, if
• no replacement is available
• you have decided to return the item

How is the refund processed?
The refund is processed via the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna, etc.)

When will I receive the refund?
Once the review is completed, the refund is automatically initiated. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few days before the amount is visible

Note: In some cases, individual parts may also be sent (e.g. spare parts).

Important: Please do not return items independently before you have received feedback from us (in case of complaints).
