How can I delete my customer account?

If you would like to delete your customer account, please contact us via the contact form.

How to proceed
• Open the contact form
• Select “Delete account”
• Enter your email address
• Submit your request

Important
•Deletion is carried out manually for security reasons
• Your account will be permanently deleted after verification

After deletion, you will no longer have access to
• order history
• stored data
