Order with customer account
You can change your address at any time in your customer account. For existing orders, changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Change address in customer account
• Log in to your customer account
• Go to “My data” or “Addresses”
• Change your address
• Save the changes
Order as a guest
• Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form
• Provide your order number
• Share the correct address with us
Important
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address.
