You can find the item number in several places – usually directly on the light or in your order documents.
You can find it for example:
• on the rating plate of the light
• on the packaging
• in the user manual
• in your order confirmation
• in your customer account (if available)
The item number is important so we can clearly identify your request.
If you cannot find the item number:
