My order hasn't been delivered – what should I do now?

If delivery was not successful, the shipping service provider usually makes another delivery attempt.

Here's how to proceed
• Check the tracking status of your shipment
• Pay attention to carrier instructions (e.g. pickup point)
• Check if another delivery attempt is scheduled

Possible reasons
• no one was present
• incomplete or incorrect address
• package could not be delivered

In many cases your package will be:
• left at a pickup point
• given to a neighbor
• or made available for pickup
