My order hasn't been delivered – what should I do now?

The delivery of my order has failed – what now?
If the delivery was unsuccessful, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again.

How to proceed
Check the tracking status of your shipment
Look for notes from the carrier (e.g. pickup point)
Check if another delivery attempt is scheduled

Possible reasons
no one was available
address incomplete or incorrect
parcel could not be delivered

In many cases, your parcel will be:

delivered to a pickup point
handed over to a neighbor
or made available for collection
