Can I change or cancel my order?
A change or cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Here's how to proceed
• Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form
• Select the topic "Order" > "I want to change or cancel my order" 
• Provide your order number
• Briefly describe your request (e.g. cancellation or change)

Important for processing
• Orders are usually processed quickly
• Once the shipping process has started, no changes are possible

If your order has already been shipped you can
• refuse delivery or
• report a return after receipt
